UNKWN Growth System provides AI-powered Instagram growth, content generation, lead sourcing, and business development tools for local and service-based businesses. Our services include the tools and features available through our dashboard, as well as the strategic plans and content generated by our AI systems.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Subscription plans are billed monthly through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
• Prices are as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge to request a review.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our AI tools to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without written permission
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive outreach practices using our tools

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (including growth strategies, captions, DM scripts, and images) is provided as suggestions and starting points. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The UNKWN Growth System platform, design, code, and branding are our intellectual property. AI-generated content created through your use of the platform may be used by you for your business purposes. You retain ownership of any original content or data you provide to our system.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

UNKWN Growth System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
